We’re here for you! The Colorado WIC Program welcomes many different types of parents and caregivers:

  • Moms.
  • Dads.
  • Pregnant women.
  • Grandparents.
  • Foster parents.
  • Step parents.
  • Guardians.

You must live in Colorado to qualify, but U.S. citizenship is not required.

To apply for WIC, ask if your family qualifies or schedule an appointment, visit or call your local WIC clinic during posted office hours. If you'd like WIC to contact you, please use our online referral form. You also may call toll free 1-800-688-7777. If you have a question after hours, email cdphe_askwic@state.co.us.

People caring for infants and children younger than 5 years old with a low to medium income may qualify for WIC. You are eligible if you provide foster care or receive medical assistance, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or SNAP (food stamps).
